Body Types
Somatotyping
There are considered 3 extremes of which everybody is likely to be a combination of each.
These types are largely decided by your genetic background.
Endomorph
Rounded pear shaped body with higher then normal Body Fat %s.
Mesomorph
V shaped body, dense muscle with high to normal Body fat %.
Ectomorph
Long lean and narrow body shape with low Body fat %.
These are merely definitions to describe the 3 extremes, in reality our bodies are combination of our genetic background our current lifestyle choices and our past exposure to experiences.
