3 to 5 hours before CrossFit Main Site WOD
Choose ONE of the following:
Swim: 3 x (50m + 100m + 200m)
Bike: 3 x (800 + 1.6 + 2.4)
Run: 3 x (200m + 400m + 600m)
C2: 3x(250m+ 500m+ 800m)
Rest the exact time it takes you to do each set.
Foul if you deviate more then 5 sec on matching intervals.
Foul: 2 min max rep Burpees!
